Latin Literacy

Making the ancient language of scholars, scientists, and statesmen accessible to a new generation of learners.

Our Programs

Our Latin Literacy Camps introduce young students to the beauty and utility of the Latin language through interactive lessons that make learning practical and engaging. Students learn basic Latin vocabulary and grammar, and practice reading and translating short Latin phrases. By studying Latin roots and word structures, students learn to recognize connections between Latin and everyday English words.

Through stories from ancient Rome, students explore the world and culture that shaped much of Western civilization. The goal of the camps is to make Latin both meaningful and enjoyable while providing students with a strong foundation in language, history, and critical thinking.
